This is a notice to all the team managers on file from last season that
the 2010 Manager’s Meeting will be in 2 weeks on March 15th at
7pm.
If you intend to register a team in the NCSSL this summer, you will need
to attend this meeting and bring with you the minimum $400 in team
registration fees or make arrangements with myself, the league registrar,
to get me your payment before the meeting.
Also, please let myself or Nathan Zurowski, the league secretary, know
about any issues that you would like to see put on the agenda for the
meeting.
At this time there will be a discussion on the following points;
Mid season break
Field conditions
Days games are played
on – Saturday games?
Cariboo Cup / League
tournament
Formation of Division
1 / 2 based on team numbers
Player Registration
procedure: At this time, I would
like to see one Cheque for the bulk of the player registrations from the
team manager at the same time the signed player forms are submitted.
The final team registration night will be at least 2 weeks before the
scheduled ice breaker and players not registered at that time will have
to make arrangements to get me their payment / information. I would like to
see easily tracked forms of payment - basically no cash – debit and
cheque only.
Players signed to teams at drafts will be waived of the waiting period
if their registration form and payment are in within 24 of being
drafted.
